Single Property Rental Loan
Our Single Rental Loans enable investors to purchase a new property to expand their rental portfolio. Investors use this Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loan to refinance a property for a better rate, or take cash out to access equity. Portfolio Rental Loan
This loan is for Multiple Rental Properties to "Blanket" an investor's portfolio of investment properties. Our Portfolio Loan is designed to help rental investors unlock equity and get cash out of their existing rental investments or to purchase a portfolio of properties. Bridge Loan
Our Bridge Loans provide long-term and short-term financing options for new Purchase or Refinance offering Investors strategic flexibility & valuable time to execute their exit strategy.
Fix & Flip / Rehab Loan
Our Rehab Loans allow investors to purchase or refinance investment properties and fund non-structural rehab.
Extensive Rehab Loan
The Extensive Rehab Loan is similar to the standard Rehab Loan but allows for structural rehab, adding square footage, ADUs, etc.
