Single Property Rental Loan
Our Single Rental Loans enable investors to purchase a new property to expand their rental portfolio. Investors use this Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loan to refinance a property for a better rate, or take cash out to access equity. Portfolio Rental Loan
This loan is for Multiple Rental Properties to "Blanket" an investor's portfolio of investment properties. Bridge Loan

Fix & Flip / Rehab Loan

Extensive Rehab Loan
The Extensive Rehab Loan is similar to the standard Rehab Loan but allows for structural rehab, adding square footage, ADUs, etc.
